Mr. Guy Caspi brings over 15 years experience in the Telecom, Internet and high tech. He served from 2000-2010 in different executive roles at Comverse Networks (NASDAQ: CMVT), among others; President and CEO of Comverse East Europe, EMEA SVP Marketing & Business Development, President VAS Division – the biggest business unit of the company with more than $ 700M annual revenues. During the years 1997-2000, Mr. Caspi was CEO of KOMPASS Israel, an internet B2B software company. In 1999, Guy was awarded a personal Ministry of Commerce and Industry prize as the future proof youngest CEO in the industry. A year later, in 2000, Guy together with Kompass were awarded the annual Israeli Prime Minister award for the company contribution to the Israeli export. Mr. Caspi holds a bachelor degree from Jerusalem Hebrew University. He also holds from the Jerusalem Hebrew University Recanati MBA degree, with a specialization in Integrative Management with Master in Information Technology. Mr Caspi has achieved successfully the Executive Program for Technology Firm CXOs in MIT Sloan School of Management in Boston and graduated in 2010 the CEO program in Harvard Business School.

Mr. Shamir Sharabani brings over 40 years of extensive experience in Electronics and Communications Engineering and Systems. Prior to joining Tamares Telecom, Mr. Sharabani had been private consultant and had held the position of Vice President Engineering and Operations in Med Nautilus Group and Med Nautilus Israel, during the years 2001-2007, and as a Vice President Engineering and Operations of 012 Golden Lines, during the years 1996-2001. Previously, he held managerial positions in Aurec Group and in IBM Israel, where in particular he worked on projects for Bezeq and promoting Telecom activities in Israel. During the years 1965-1989, Mr. Sharabani served in the Signal Corps of the Israeli Defense Forces, as a communications officer and electronic engineer. In his last position in the army, as a colonel, he was responsible for the whole telecom network of the army.
Mr. Sharabani holds B.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from the Technion Institute in Haifa and M.Sc. degree in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

She joined Tamares Telecom after 6 years in Comverse (NASDAQ: CMVT) where she held various positions of Strategic Marketing & Sales. Her role in Comverse was to define the Sales strategy for Comverse VAS Portfolio and Go-to-Market plan as well as to lead strategic processes with global accounts such as Orange, Vodafone and Telefonica.
