Mr. Poju Zabludowicz was born in Helsinki, Finland in 1953 and currently lives in London with his family. He graduated with a degree in Economics and Political Science from Tel Aviv University. He then trained at BFG Bank AG in Frankfurt, Germany. Mr. Zabludowicz has led Tamares Group since 1990 and has since become a member of a number of boards including the European Advisory Board of Citigroup, the Board of Directors of GEMS (an Asia Pacific private equity fund), Chairman of the Advisory Boards of Synova Capital (a UK private equity fund) and Auctor Capital Partners (a global corporate finance and advisory house for hedge funds). Mr. Zabludowicz is the founder and Chairman of BICOM (Britain-Israel Communications & Research Centre) and a member of the Advisory Boards of CST (Community Security Trust) and UJIA (United Jewish Israel Appeal).

Mrs. Harel Buchris also serves as a Board member for a number of companies, among them Tamares Capital Ltd., Tamares Hotels, Tamares Real Estate, Protalix, Toshira, Siklu, Se-cure Pharma, N-Trig and more. In the years 2004-2006, Mrs. Harel Buchris worked at Orbotech Ventures (NASDAQ: ORBK) where she held the position of Corporate Director of Medical Imaging and she spent ten years at Hertz Investment House in Tel Aviv where latterly she was Chief Advisor to ITX-Corporation (Hercules: 2725). Previously, Mrs. Harel Buchris served as Director in various companies including El Al, Halman-Aldobi Group, BioView, Mapal Industries and British Israel.
Mrs. Harel Buchris has a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Communications & Political Science from Israel's Bar-Ilan University and holds an Executive MBA from Bradford University, United Kingdom.

Mr. Nir Lambert joined the Board of Tamares Telecom in July 2011. He is serving as General Manager of Golden Pages Group since November 2005. Under his management, the group has evolved from a printed guides focus to a company which main activity and revenues come from the Internet, including a line of advanced websites. In the past, Mr. Lambert held the positions of Chief Executive Officer of channel 10 and Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Yes. He also held a variety of positions in the 8200 unit.
